Smoke clouds up my lungs.....

I sometimes wonder what's this world coming to.

When females are overtaking males in the quest for more buds in their mouth. Seriously.

What the hell is happening actually? I wish someone would give me a good answer.

Why are more and more girls smoking nowadays?

That isn't a good way to show the whole "what guys can do, girls can do better" shit, you know?

That's one of the most disgusting habits to ever be adopted by anyone. In this time now, there is a slight increase in the percentage of guys NOT leaning towards the smoking habit. However, the percentage of girls leaning towards that stupid habit is bloody increasing.

Do you think it makes you look cool holding the cigarette in your mouth and blowing smoke all over the place? Think that's the best way to fit into a crowd? Think it'll help overcome stress? Think that's the best way to keep fit? Think maybe poison tastes better?

Imagine kissing a girl who smells of nicotine. Might as well pay for a bottle of poison to die sooner rather than waiting to slowly die in the future when the cancer cells starts developing.

I'm telling you frankly, if I know any of your girls personally and you hold out a cigarette and start puffing in front of me, my whole perception of you will change totally. And I don't mean it in a good way. I don't even want to talk to you if I have a choice.

No matter how hot or cute you are, if I spot you with a cigarette, you're no different than a common prostitute to me. Yes, you read right. It is harsh. And I DON'T BLOODY CARE.

Yes, I'm discriminating you girls who smoke. Since most of you didn't choose to use your brains to think rationally, I might as well discriminate you. That's almost as dumb as people who invest in drugs and get themselves overdosed. At least they die half happy and fast. People who smoke die slowly from years of continuous nicotine intake and you ARE going to suffer from it. And NO, cigarettes can NEVER be good for health. At least they can even use morphin in hospitals as painkillers.

I met a "friend" the other day. Haven't seen her since high school. For all I can remember, she looks quite cute back in my schooling days and through photos and all, still looks quite cute. That made me quite hyped in meeting her again. But the whole thing was so freaking disappointing when I got there and found out that she smokes. WTF wei.

It was lucky I got a phone call to go "do something" and I got to leave early.

If you think it makes you feel rebellious, you're still not using your bloody brains. Might as well just flush it down the toilet if you can't use it right. There so many ways to show how rebellious you can be and it doesn't have to involve killing yourself slowly.

Of all the things I can stand seeing a girl do - drink, partying, clubbing, swearing - I can NEVER stand a girl who smokes. EVER.

So, think it over. Still think it'll make you look cool among your "buddies"?

Any of you young ones thinks you'd like to adopt this habit in the future? Prepare to face my discrimination and our lost of friendship.
Thankiu bai.

TGIF and an event

Since my boss isn't around, gonna take this opportunity to blog a quick update from the weekend.

Firstly, on Friday, came home from work and went out with Lionel. Had TGI Fridays for dinner and the treat was on moi since I promised him a meal when he gets back. Then we just hung around Pyramid and walk around randomly.

On Saturday, got up super late. Lazing on my bed so much.

It was the day my church had our Youth Christmas Event. Quite a lot of young people attended the event. The youths' preparations for the past two months stumbled upon the problem concerning the weather. It rained, though for just a while. But it did put a slight damper into the coordinators' plans and they had to switch some placements around.

Now, I wouldn't say the event was a 100% successful. But given the circumstances, it went quite well and everyone still had fun. Thank God for that. Hopefully we did plant some new seeds regarding the true meaning of Christmas.

It's not just a time for gifts (although that just makes it more fun). It's not about money. It's not about the mistletoe. And it's definitely NOT about Santa.

It's a time of rejoicing. Of being with loved ones. And of sharing and giving.

It's a time to remember Christ and the purpose He is born to this world.

Anyway, there was one thing that disappointed me AFTER the event. A certain someone was so quick to jump up to take center stage when they were calling for a photoshoot of those who DID participate fully in the setting up of the event. Yes, there may be those who're just in the photo as guests, but that's not the point I'm pointing out.

For me, since I didn't really help out much for this event, don't even want to be in the photo and would rather volunteer to handle the camera. I find it shameful to accept a general gratitude when, deep inside, I know I didn't do much. I certainly wouldn't be the first to jump on stage to take any credit.

Screw the point of coming out with a design. Anyone else could've done it, what more when it's just a 2D drawing. It's those who spent nights after nights and days getting the event set up who deserved the full credit.

Therefore, I send my highest credits and recognition to Kevin Chan, Rueben Looi, Jessie Looi, Reuben Pak aka Pope Jackie Pak, Sarah Wong, my sis, Johnston "Tonton" Wang, Jonathan, Xin Wei, Qi Ren and Samantha Wang for a job well done.

Did get to fellowship a lot with some of the young people who attended.

Okay, now better get back to work before the boss gets back. Buh bai.

Like I've said always.

I hate the morning jam.

Especially those people who clog up (they are rubbish!) the lane leading to the Subang Airport road.

It gets so irritating for people who're rushing to work. And they just delay my journey for a further 10-20 minutes banggang stupid idiots sampahmasyarakat jahanam dumbo.

The jam scene within Subang Jaya is bad enough. So I expect at least the sole lane heading to my workplace to be smooth flowing since not everyone on the road is using that road.

But noooo........people just HAD to use that road to cut queue and the worse are the buses.

Oh, and might I add that I hate people who DELIBERATELY jump queue. It's uncivilized. This whole Malaysian mindset that people can't wait in line. Everyone's been lining up in the right lane for a long while and there goes one idiot after one idiot who keeps thinking he SHOULD go ahead in line.

BLOODY.SCREW.YOU.

I will NOT be considerate and let people jump queue in front of me. Unless you can tell me you're going to die soon if you don't reach a hospital a.s.a.p. or that your car will explode if you don't reach your Point B in time. And you have to show me that bomb.

Or else, GET IN LINE!!!

Edeote.

Black beauties

Sigh. Sure wished the weekend wouldn't end just yet.

I miss sleeping late and sleeping in.

Also in the weekend: a trip down to good ol' crowded-like-hell PC Fair. I sort of have a love hate relationship for this fair.

It takes place in KL CC (note that it's not connected cuz it's "Convention Center" and not "City Center") and tens of thousands of people flock there to get their digital and computing needs. Also present are hundreds of dealers from Low Yat, opening stores and making a market of the scene. Only idiots crowd themselves there to get their computing stuffs and try bargaining for prices to get good deals.

Unfortunately, I'm one of those idiots.

The other thing that attracted people (mostly guys) are the hot female promoters there. One of them even had a ton of guys crowding to get a photograph of her.

But hey, I don't go down there to get things like laptops or desktops because, those products are a waste of time because there won't be much price reduction for those items. Dealers mainly bring their old stocks in order to clear them off their racks. Only rare booths such as Sony, Toshiba and other good brands would bring their new products to market them to the public. It's more of a one time, 3-day push of sales.Twice a year.

Well, the only reason I went there is to get some computing accessories. And the only reason I don't get it from the shops on normal days are because, I hate walking past their shops and salesmen going "Yesh canIhelpyousir?" I find it very irritating. Leave me alone and let me browse for what I want. If I found something that hits my fancy, THEN I will ask for assistance. Don't pester me. I will most likely walk off than to even stop to look for anything.

Anyway, I was there for a reason. Just a few items on my list.

Firstly, I got myself a new 320GB WD My Passport external hard drive.

I must say it looks super sexy and small. It cost me RM265 and it came with a nice padded glove to keep it in.

Next, I bought a Logitech Pro Internet Black keyboard. It actually came with a Logitech mouse but I gave it to my dad. The set cost RM49 only and I'm gonna use it for gaming.

Yea, I know. Should've bought a gaming keyboard. But you know how much those cost, you bloody idiotic gaming hardware fanatics?

Last on my list was a mouse. Not just any mouse, it's a gaming mouse. And not just any gaming mouse. It's a Razer. Specifically named Razer Krait. This baby is super sensitive and beautiful and it ONLY cost me RM99.

All in all, spent RM400plus on computing accessories. But hey, at least they're more worth it than people who go there to buy thumb drives.

Oh wait, I bought those too.

And I just realised that everything I bought are in black. Damn they rawk.

Can't wait for the holidays to start next week.

I'm soooo bloody broke. Dammit.

About cars, cars and more cars.

I'm going to skip all intros and go straight to the point. Here are some updates for the weekend.

Saturday
Helped my family in painting the hall and that took the whole day. Got pissed at my sis and dad during dinner that, when I got home, I immediately took my car keys and drove off.

Sunday
Church as usual. Then, went over to Tim's house to help with the Christmas deco project. Dinner came much later at around 10pm in Asia Cafe and Uncle Alvin treated us.

Monday
T'was a public holiday. And I made plans. Most of the church members set off for their youth camp, which I was supposed to go but *ahem* did not get leave off from work. Instead, accompanied Ityra to Midvalley to watch Twilight...AGAIN. As much as I said it sucked the first time, the second time was a little better now that I had already expected the plot.

And mind most of you, I'm looking at this movie at a very plot-driven view. I don't care what is written in the novel and how much girls swoon to this movie. But if the play doesn't come out right and isn't cheesy on screen, then it still gets my approval. Movies such as A Walk To Remember or Pride & Prejudice is very much taken from romance novels but it didn't bombed on screen and it made a lot....and I repeat, in a different way, A LOT of people tear at the romantic experience.

And I'm not the only person who thinks Twilight didn't come out nice on screen. A
newspaper reviewer gave the same thought. (Hint: do check out the reviewer's name. lol)

Maybe a lot of girls can let their romantic dreams run free in their imagination when they read. But I don't really see that dreamy fantasy showing on screen apart from finding a "hot" guy to play the character. And that's all that clouds the female viewers from watching the actual plot. And it's more of a neutral judgement seeing that I've not read the novel and am watching the movie. The plot should make me imagine almost as clear as how it appeared in the novel...not the other way around.

Had Sushi Zanmai...AGAIN. For the third time in 2 weeks.

Then, went for our second movie...Transporter 3 (it's Transporter, Ityra. Not Terminator)

Now this is what I'm waiting for. Some nice adrenaline-rushed movie. This movie is a wall to wall action movie. What made me like this movie so much especially was the minimal romance scenes between the hero and the "maiden in distress". This movie is more relatable than, say, Twilight.

Guy given project to transport girl, guy defends girl with his superb fighting ability and hot body, girl swoons over him and makes him strip his shirt and kiss her in order to get his car keys back.

Nothing hard to relate. But at least he did something to earn that attention rather than just pure looks/pale face/red lips/cold skin/funny hairstyle.

The cinematic action of the car chase is always the main point in all Transporter series. The things that he could do with the car (and the bicycle, in one scene) seems so impossible, but not unrealistic. It is a car we're talking about. Not high-flying vampires (okay, now I'm just taking hits at laiyee).

But seriously, this movie is recommended for all action-movie enthusiasts. The martial arts choreographer, Cory Yuen (hey, same surname) did a fantastic job in choreographing the fight sequences in a way that it looks possible for someone to look the part and not bullshit about having learnt kungfu or something.

At the end of the day, sent Ityra back to Cheras. On my way home, some asshole in a Fortuner almost ran me into traffic when he came flying into the highway and me on the first lane (unbelievable? believe it). So, after the toll, I took it to block his way on the fast lane time and time again just to frustrate him a little. But after a while, my 1.3 couldn't frustrate his 2.5 enough. But, hey, at least I tried.

If you're in a bloody rush to meet your maker, drive properly and let people know you're in a rush and to give way PROPERLY. Not zoom in and out of traffic and rush right up to people and to intimidate them to give way on the first move.

As most of you know, I like to drive fast as well...even at times when I'm not in a rush. I don't like dilly-dallying on the road because it's a waste of precious time. But when I speed, I do it with consideration. I will only speed when I'm on the last lane (which is the fast lane for those of you non drivers) and I will flash for people to give way if they're going slowly on that lane. That is the main purpose of having a FAST LANE. If after a few attempts and the driver still doesn't move aside on an open road, then I MAY just use provocation to get their attention that they're blocking the lane. If I'm not in a rush, I still won't mind slowing down a bit. But if I'm in a rush, BLOODY GET OUT OF MY WAY.

Time is money. And every second lost, we can never get back.

Idunnowhattitletoputoverherehelpdieswtf

I find I don't have much to blog these days. Nothing interesting at all to write over here. It sucks like that.

So, let me bore you with more of my day to day life.

Well, for the past 4 days, I've attended an AutoCAD (Auto Computer-Aided Design, for you noobs out there) training course all the way in Jalan Semarak. Bear in mind that that place is all the way near KLCC and I'm staying in Subang Jaya. Therefore, I have to endure almost an hours journey to and fro everyday. And that means I have to wake up at 6am every morning and leave my house before 7am to reach there in time.

The training facility and instructor was okay. But the food around that area sucks. The canteen food is just a single row of Malay-cooked meat and vege which dunno looks like what and they have noodles which did not fill me enough to get past an hour. So, the second day, I brought a subway there for lunch but that wasn't sufficient. The third day, I drove further out to have lunch at a mamak shop. So cham okay that area got no chinese food to eat. I was spared for the last day as I was only there for half a day.

During the training, some of the participants are really not concentrating in class and they simply just forget all that was taught on a daily basis. Teach this thing one day and the next day, cam asking me "how did you do this already ahh??". Wtf wei. The training costs RM900, at least learn to remember la.

Along the way for 4 days, I witnessed 6 accidents, 3 roadblocks, 1 accident casualty and the Agong. Yes, you read right. No other rolls royce has gold emblems as number plates and is surrounded by 3 police bikes and 2 police proton perdana.

Today, finally back at the office and I couldn't sit down peacefully at my desk for 10 minutes without being called for meeting and to liaise with my technical designer for a drawing. And when that was done, straight out to Glenmarie to meet a customer regarding new product and designs.

But overall, I'm sort of happy to be back in the office. I missed chicken rice and my colleagues when I was away for ONLY 4 days.

Oh well, back to writing my report. Kthxbai.

Of sushi and vampires

Saturday. The weekend. A day to be enjoyed outside with friends and loved ones.

But the morning usually starts off with some small chores. Chores such as laundry, cleaning, bathing the dogs, etc etc etc wth.

Then comes the afternoon and evening. Time to be heading out.

Picked Jinqyi up at about 3.40pm and we headed out to One Utama. Silly me forgot to retrieve my movie booking reservation number when I left the house. So, it took some time for me to call home and ask mum to turn on my laptop, sign in my MSN (which I don't know why the programme has been acting out on my Vista cuz it kept shutting the programme down over and over and over again yeesh babi bedebah jahanam wtf) and then open my email box and SMS me the reservation number.

Once that task was completed, we walked around for her to go do some window (and actual) shopping around.

There was a problem. I hadn't had anything to eat since morning til then. She kept asking me to get something to eat but I kept refusing. A little diet wouldn't hurt wtf gonna die of malnutrition. But then, we just continued shopping and I bought a pair of football shorts from Nike.

Then, we went for dinner (which was about 6.30pm) at Sushi Zanmai. We were surprised to see a queue to enter since it's still early for dinner for a lot of people. Apparently, we were wrong. So, lined up to get in and, after about half an hour, we finally got our places.

I have to say, the variety of sushi there is fantastic. I especially liked the mayonaise crabsticks which costs only RM3.80 for 4 pieces. We also ordered a plate of mini California Maki, a bowl of Salmon Don and a Beef Teppanyaki Don. Bill total wasn't too bad.

Then, we proceed up to watch Twilight.

Now, I know a lot of people (particularly girls) had read the novel and are highly anticipating this movie to be released. As much as they are interested in it, so was I. I was lazy to read the book so I opted to wait for the movie to be released and watch it from there instead.

And all I've got to say, in my honest opinion, for this movie is.......

It kinda sucked. No offence to those who liked the novel (not that I bloody care) but I find the plot of the movie really messy. Maybe it was intended to be this way, I don't know. From the moment Bella touched down on Forks and entered school, it just seemed like she's already waiting to fall in love with Edward (who doesn't even look hot, according to Jinqyi). Come on, wth. The way she stares at him on the first sight is like a whole sick puppy love.

Overall, I think the movie bombed. Sure there may be exciting parts to it but this looks like a work of an amateur director and producer combination. I came out of the cinema feeling lame all over. Should've opted to watch some other movie.....like Antoo Fighter, maybe. And I HATE malay movies.

After movies, we went over to McDonalds in Centrepoint for supper since I was still hungry. Forgot why but we started to chat about the comparison between football and basketball. She wouldn't let me force her to eat Sundae so cham feel rejected wtf. Then, fetched her home to Kepong and came home around 1something a.m.

And that was how a Saturday was spent. Kthxbai.

There's never a right time to say goodbye
But I gotta make the first move
'Cause if I don't you gonna start hating me
Cause I really don't feel the way I once felt about you
Girl it's not you, it's me
I kinda gotta figure out what I need
There's never a right time to say goodbye
But we know that we gotta go
Our separate ways
And I know it's hard but I gotta do it,
And it's killing me
Cause there's never a right time
Right time to say goodbye

What has to be done, has to be done. It cannot drag on. It may hurt for a while. But that would be much better than being continuously hurt.

Idiot's Guide To Channel Surfing

Love. It's that wonderful feeling almost everyone would like to have at least experienced it once in their lifetime.

But in reality, true love is getting harder and harder to find in our world nowadays. The only one true love that is always there is from God. But that's not the point. I'm talking about mortal love.

Some would associate finding true love as an almost-impossible task nowadays. Some would just relate being in a relationship to watching your favourite TV channel. Some....well, they just don't care.

But the point that catches me is the relation between "being in a relationship" and "watching a TV channel". The funny thing is, I can see the relation.

First, lets dissect a relationship and study it. If you find a suitable partner, you start spending your time and effort to keep up-to-date with that person. You'd give and do almost anything just to see that person. That suitable partner has to have something that relates or connects with you to keep the connection between the both of you. But if all these fails, you simply switch to someone else who you think could communicate better with you.

Then, we'll see how a TV channel works. If you like that particular show, you start planning your daily activites around it and would even time your toilet breaks and snack refills so it's within the commercial time. That show has to strongly relate or is able to grab your attention and interest to make you follow through. But if that particular programme starts to get boring or the station decided not to air them anymore, you simply change to another channel.

Well, is the relation clear? If it is, then we've clearly established the relation between watching your favourite TV show and being in a relationship.

For some people, we take the programmes we watch seriously. Of course we may channel surf for a moment, but when we find a programme we like, we would tune in to that station for a long period of time (or some, almost everyday like the WLT viewers or sports fans). But, if one day that channel fails in delivering to our expectations, we would sometimes resort to changing channels.

There are some people who are quite serious, but can't really decide on which channel he/she really wants to watch more than the other. So, sometimes, they prefer to keep it loose and not take a channel too seriously. They browse a few favourite channels and take their time in settling down with a certain channel or programme.

Then, we have our regular channel surfers. They hop from one channel to the next, without keeping in mind the channel they've just watched along the way. They do not stay faithful to any specific programme or station. But fate may just make them get tied down to a show that would strongly connect to them.

There are some who just own a TV but never switching it on, hiding themselves from the outside worlds.

In conclusion, there isn't much difference between a TV addict (or not) and a couple in a relationship. The only difference is that a TV provides you information and doesn't talk back to you while the other, does.

Well, who am I to judge the type? I've switched enough channels to yet to stay loyal to one.

And I've done it again last week.

Back to channel surfing for me.

What do you wish to happen by the end of today?

Consider this a tag, if you will. But I think this is a very worthwhile question to be asking.

What Do You Wish To Happen By The End Of Today?

Try taking this question seriously and tell everyone your wish

Rules:
1. Add your name, your blog's URL and your wish below. Also, number yourself above your name.
2. Make this like a baton pass. Pass to ONLY ONE (1) person after you've answered it and notify that person to take this tag.
3. Let's try to make it to 50 person. The fiftieth person has to go to the first person's blog and leave a comment on this post to mark that you're the fiftieth person.
4. Copy the WHOLE tag and everyone's wish when you receive the "baton", including the title "What do you wish to happen by the end of today?"

ONE
Chris Yuen (http://random-bore.blogspot.com/)
I wish for a change back to the industry I started my college education in. I want to go back to the advertising line.

What bugged you today?? A mosquito....

Tag tag tag. So many tags. Don't bug me with tags already.

Oh wait, this is a tag about things that bug me. That's not so bad.

Rules :
> Just list down 6 things that bugs you(that you're annoyed about) in life or recently happen.
> Tag the next 8 person for this topic
> NO TAGGING BACK!

Okay. Here goes.......

One
People who blocks the lane turning towards the old Subang Airport road. People constantly keep to that lane, jamming it up just to cut the queue back to the lane heading down to KL. Come on @$$ wipes, people are using that lane to get to somewhere and you're bloody blocking the way.

Two
The lonely HR lady who keeps bloody asking "why". Almost everybody in the office are bugged by her....even my CEO. And I'm also bugged by my CEO who expects the impossible.

Three
Myself and my love life. One way or another, I have my needs when it comes to choosing a life partner. Even when I find someone good, there's always something that I can't connect and I have the urge to let it go. I always expect better when I've achieved good.

Four
People who bloody turn spastic the moment the first drop of rain touches the road surface. What the effin' hell is wrong with people and driving in the rain? Does their spastic button automatically switch on the moment the rain starts falling? The ones in old, shitty looking cars I can understand. But those in their expensive RM100k plus cars? WTF. Car manufacturers DID NOT bloody spend so much money on research just to have your car NOT equipped for situations like road handling in slippery conditions and you sure didn't bloody pay tens of thousands for a car that can't handle raining situation. We live in Malaysia and all manufacturers know fucking well that cars have to handle well in raining situation. If it doesn't, here's some advice: 1. check your bloody tires for wear and tear 2. check your brakes once in a few months 3. modify any parts necessary for better stability and handling 4. if those do not apply, fucking throw your car away and take the bloody public transport. No one's asking you people to drive at 90 or 100kmh. Drive at a reasonable 70kmh or more. Your car can deal with that much. Don't fucking drive at 40-50kmh in the rain. People are trying to get to their destination fast as well to quickly get out of the rain.

Five
Hipocrits. Ass-kissers. Shoe polishers. Attention cravers.

Six
The fact that I did not put enough effort when I studied Mechanical Engineering last time. And also the fact that I probably should have chose to start off my career in an advertising agency instead of my current company.

I hereby tag:
1. Lionel
2. James
3. Lai Yee
4. Ityra
5. Chui Mei
6 & 7. Anybody else

Immigration Irritation

I am seriously gonna rant today. Oh boy do I have complains.

First up, I took leave off today to devote my time to finally go renew my passport at the Subang Immigration Department. And thinking that the government finally improved its systems to make passport renewal more efficient, I thought I could get in and get out by noon, then run around doing my own other stuffs wth.

Wait, does coming back home and taking a nap considered other stuffs??

Nebermind dat.

Well, I left my house "bright and early" at 8am, headed for the Immigration Department. I made sure I brought the essential things I need to ensure I survive the time stalling there.I packed my PSP, recharged my phone, made sure I had my IC, plastered my hair down like a jackass and made sure I had the RM300 to pay for the renewal. I then happily left my house and flew down to the Immigration Department so fast, I broke my personal speed record on that stretch. I happily turned towards the entrance of the parking lot only to discover one thing.

My passport was still at home, happily sitting on my bed's side table, laughing its ass off at me.

Then I broke another personal speed record, only this time was for my journey back home to passport-nap my old passport from my table. I gagged its mouth, tied it to a chair, whipped it with a metal rod.....................

Oops, sorry, wrong story.

Anyway, then I went all the way back again. After obtaining a parking spot, I immediately waltzed into the Immigration office to begin a gruelling task: renew my passport and get the eff out of there.

So I walked over to the booth to get my IC photocopied and then lined up to have my Heaven forbade passport photo taken. There was a whole Malay village....I mean, family in front of me waiting to get their photos taken as well, They had a problem with one of their young daughters who kept crying when asked to go into the photo booth. I wanted to shout "Oi, just shove her into the booth and click snap only lah." But seeing that I am a *cough*considerate*cough* citizen, I just stood there quietly watching. After that, I headed over to the Immigration kiosk.

Random Advert
For those of you who're just renewing your passport, you can head over to the kiosk with one(1) passport photo, your photocopied IC, your original IC, your previous CHIPPED passport (meaning the slightly new ones which has digital encoding), your thumb, your RM300 and after that, your ass out the door. It's that simple!!!

Ahem. As I was saying, I headed over there, waited for about 10 minutes for my turn and nicely put all my documents in proper order, all the while telling myself "Cool, this is over pretty quick. Just wait for about 2 hours, collect the damn thing and I can be on my way home"

Then comes my turn. I followed all the instructions of the guiding officer there and placed my passport and IC to be scanned by the computer for verification. Something caught me by surprise.

MY BLOODY PASSPORT AND MY I.C. INFO DO NOT....I REPEAT, DO NOT BLOODY EFFIN' MATCH!!!

And the computer's nice advise is to proceed to the counters instead wtf. Can't that bloody machine, like, go www and search my info from its database??

So I went over to counter 1 and lined for 20 minutes to get a form to fill up. They provided me with a waiting number. At that point of time, the running number is at 1109. My ticket was for dumbass #1275. THAT'S A BLOODY 166 DUMBASSES AWAY!!!

Fine. I kept my cool and prayed that the idiots work extra hard to speed up the processes. But that did not keep them from delaying my time for another few hours. I got the number at 11.10am and it was FINALLY called at 3.30pm. Such a great way to spend time off from the office. I left the Immigration Department at around 3.50pm after making payments and what bloody nots.

If you renew your passport and made payments by 3pm, your passport can be ready by the evening. Not applicable for first timers.

I had such a good time staring at the numbers running, people walking around, me walking around and my PSP to help me kill time.

NOT!!

It practically bloody wasted a whole day just being there. They still need to improve on efficiency although the ol' tin can kiosk is a small step towards that. But the whole hassle of going through the counters is still frustrating and irritating. One lady who sat next to me when I was waiting for payments expressed, and I quote "Can die standing in here." Now, there's only one question in my mind:

WHY THE HECK WOULDN'T MY I.C. AND PASSPORT INFO TALLY???

They better not screw it up again the next time around or I'll shove that kiosk machine up their arse.

XOXO Gossip Girl WTF

I really don't know what got into me.

Blaming it on my boss' niece for getting me hooked onto this show.

High society. Drama. Limos. WTF.

But surprisingly, I find the show interesting. So interesting that, after trying one episode to see how gay it was, I find myself hooked to it and eventually finished an entire first season within 2 days. Not really a commendable achievement but I only started watching them at nights.

I find the concept quite interesting. Gossips travelling in the form of an anonymous blogger named Gossip Girl. And the powerful and wealthy buy into the gossips that're spread through live feeds wtf. But the fashion that can be seen is really nice since, well, mostly expensive and branded apparels.

Blake Lively. Such a hot body on that girl. One of the reasons why I kept watching. She plays Serena van der Woodsen in the show.

The main male character, Dan Humphrey, is played by Penn Badgley, who played Scott Tucker in John Tucker Must Die.

My boss' niece Claudia likes Chuck Bass, played by Ed Westwick. Said he's cool wth. But I gotta admit that he is, sometimes.

Whoever thought kids with wealthy parents could have so much drama.

Updates from the weekend

Was an exciting weekend.

Not much of an interesting intro, isn't it?

No, seriously, it was an interesting weekend. Lots of money spent though but it was fun.

1st up.....

I GOT MY GT-R (R35)

Finally, though. Was pondering left and right whether I should get it. Standing inside Tamiya Underground, One Utama and in front of the product, I still had to keep asking SY and Lionel (all the way in Aus) whether I should purchase it now or wait for later. But, since I'm gonna go through the same bloody thought process even though I delay it, I might as well get that car right now.....on charge, of course.

A credit card has a binding power. Everytime I see it, I'm drawn into using it. Well, not that I can't afford to pay by cash though...but it'll be nicer to collect some points and pay for this only at the end of the month on the expense of next month's budget.

Is it weird that I could get a scale 1:18 model for about RM130 but I just paid RM180 to assemble myself a 1:24 scale model? Not to mention that the factory-produced models are nicely painted, sticker-ed and mounted in nice plastic cases.

Let's see how it all came down.........

Tamiya 1:24 scale model = RM180
3 spray paint cans @ RM25 per can = RM75
4 acrylic paints @ RM15 per bottle = RM60
1 Tamiya Plastic cement = RM18
Frustrations and disasters = Priceless

I dunno. Maybe I'm just more fond of the idea of getting to build the car myself instead of just walking into a car shop, getting a car model, going home and just displaying in for kicks. And I did spend a grand total of RM333 for the model. Nice final figure though. I pity my wallet and my bank account. They're gonna be anorexic anytime soon if I don't start earning more.

It's a challenge. I love certain challenges.

On another note.....

HAPPY BIRTHDAY
TIMOTHY WONG LIANG YOONG!!
(Now your post looks like it's dedicated to Christmas)

Half the youth church members went over to Tim's house to give him a surprise birthday party. We all hid inside a store room and waited for the birthday boy to get home. When he did and we came out with the surprise, birthday boy was just nicely relaxing on his sofa without a single hint of being surprised. Probably it was due to the fact that he discovered all our shoes and sandals hidden under his parents' Mercedes. Either that or he noticed our cars parked further down the road.

Had fun with his dogs, had snacks, drinks (the girls were making Sangria, I think), cake, red eggs and fruits. Kevin threw a red egg on Tim's head to see whether it's fully hard boiled. But, to no one's surprise, it's still half boiled. 'Humpty Dumpty' there broke on top of Tim's head and went splat all over the dining table. Yolk were all over the body of the dead Humpty Dumpty. The criminal responsible is still at large.

Humpty Dumpty went splat on Tim's head,
Humpty Dumpty had a great fall,
All the church members and all the busybodies,
Couldn't put Humpty Dumpty back together again
I wonder why they named an egg 'Humpty Dumpty'. Did the author always get humped and then dumped?

For more breaking news, I finally made myself a spray booth to do my spraying works indoors without jeopardizing the cleanliness of my modelling area a.k.a. my room.

Well, that's all for the weekend. It's back to work again. *groans*

This blog looks half dead. Nothing interesting goes in here and it makes me bored of it sometimes.

And here I come with more boring materials.

Why? Why? I dunno. You figure it out.

Work is kinda boring these days. Getting less and less things to do. Gonna blame it on.....Chinaman-with-bad-taste-in-design-and-don't-wanna-try-new-product-designs. Dammit. Even the world financial crisis isn't this depressing.

But, that aside, I've not been doing much fun pasttimes like I used to back before I started working. Back then, I couldn't wait to be at home to play games or sit in front of the com to chat and do whatnots. Nowadays, I go into my room, look at my com, look at my bed, look at my com again, and straight jump on my bed and sleep. Glorious sleep.

But no more. I've forced myself to finally get back into the habit of playing games til 2-3am....and then oversleeping and being late for work. I really need to get my indoor hobbies back. I save more money doing those...well, for the exception of when I purchase games or something.

I also want to get back my hobby of assembling scale model cars. So many nice cars on my list of cars-to-get:-

1. Nissan GT-R (R35)
2.
Xanavi Nizmo GT-R (R34)
3.
Mercedes SLR McLaren
4.
Mobil 1 SC 2006
5.
Ferrari 360 Spyder
6.
Mercedes Benz CLK DTM 2000 Team Warsteiner
(click the car names to visit the Tamiya website for the photos)

I already have an Enzo Ferrari
at home waiting to be put together only, I'm waiting for Lionel to do it together. This might be an expensive hobby but it tests patience and attention to detail. Not to mention it's gonna drive me up the wall looking at the small parts and keeping it safe after it's completed. For this project, I would also need to get cements (the ones for plastic models, not houses), paints, an airbrush machine (unless someone cares to loan one to me) and to make my own spray booth. So, yea, it's gonna cost me another bomb.

Yes, it's a worthy project. I love cars and what better way to collect cars than to assemble it yourself part by part instead of just buying a factory made one and just go straight home and displaying it on your shelf or cabinet. At least it would let me focus on other things....and not to screw it up after putting in money and time.

Random topic. Kthxbai.
Somehow, I still feel something missing. Something's just not right.

I don't really feel love. I feel more obligated than love.

It's not that she isn't good to me. She's great. But something is just missing. I don't connect with her as well as I hoped I did. And the longer we're together, the more I notice the gap.

I need to search myself before this gets anywhere else. Judge it at a distance once again. I feel it's a little too late but better now than later.

I'm not one to ask for much. But if being together without the right feelings, it would hurt us both more than an ended meaningful relationship.

*sigh*

Escaping to Africa?? Hopefully....

Came across this in Johnny's blog...

Free tickets?? Cool. Hope I'm not too late in trying to enter this.

Well, in order to get the tickets, it seems I have to answer a particular question:

what ANIMAL would you love your boyfriend OR girlfriend to be, in BED.

Kinky. I love it.

Hmmmm......hmmmmm.....

A tiger. A nice, soft, slightly agressive female tiger.

Sounds funny? Well, I'm quite an agressive person myself. If it was OUT of bed, I would choose a sweet, soft animal. Which breathing normal guy wouldn't want a sweet, hot, gentle girlfriend...OUT of bed? But we're talking about being IN bed. The perspective changes. A girl who knows how to take over the "situation" and demands "things". Wait, am I straying too far? Bottomline is, things get more exciting when it's a little.......rough. Get what I mean?

A soft, sweet girl...friend.

You do the math: rough + rough + (a nice, soft bed) = _____________

See where I'm coming from?

Well, the person handing out these free tickets is our 1st Malaysian Dreamgirl, Cindy. And if she's so happen to be reading this blog, let it be known that I DID watch a whole season of Malaysian Dreamgirl. You can visit her blog at http://www.jadezheng.com/ to find out more. Is she hot? Yessiree.

Okay. This blog lacks of pics. But whuttehver.

It's as easy as 1-2-1-2-3-4...

It's been a while since I've got to listen to nice romantic songs. It may not be much but I like the lyric.

Plain White T's - "1, 2, 3, 4"
1-2-1-2-3-4
Give me more loving than I’ve ever had
Make me feel better when I’m feeling sad
Tell me I’m special even when I know I’m not
Make it feel good when it hurts so bad
Barely get mad
I’m so glad I found you
I love being around you
You make it easy
It's as easy as 1-2-1-2-3-4
Chorus
There’s only ONE thing
TWO do
THREE words
FOUR you...
(I love you) I love you
There’s only ONE way TWO say
Those THREE words
And that’s what I’ll do...
(I love you) I love you
Give me more loving from the very start
Piece me back together when I fall apart
Tell me things you never even tell your closest friends
Make it feel good when it hurts so bad
You’re the best that I’ve had
And I’m so glad I found you
I love being around you
You make it easy
It's as easy as 1-2-1-2-3-4
Chorus
You make it easy
It's as easy as 1-2-1-2-3-4
Chorus
1-2-3-4
I love you
(I love you) I love you

And this song goes out to someone special.

Fall For Anything

*Warning: Content contains explicit contents. Viewers below 18 is advised not to read.

Tried my best to warn.

While everyone is busy listening to The Man Who Can't Be Moved by The Script, I find their other song Fall For Anything better and more meaningful.

"Fall For Anything"
Girl that brings you down, down, down [x4]
Don't give yourself away
Don't live your life that way
Of course he's gonna say, anything you want
Then leave quicker than he came
Now you've got yourself to blame
Don't put yourself back in the fire again
It's the same damn things you're so quick to believe
You do it over and over again
And it's the same mistakes that I'm watching you weave
You do it over and over again
So before they bring you down
Chorus
You gotta stand for something or you'll fall for anything
You gotta stand for something or you'll fall for anything
Girl that brings you down, down, down [x4]
Please don't be so naive, don't wait till your heart bleeds
Love wasn't built for speed, listen to me girl
He keeps f**kin' with your head, tryna get you into bed
And in the morning you'll just hate yourself
It's the same damn things you're so quick to believe
You do it over and over again
And it's the same mistakes that I'm watching you make
You do it over and over again and over again
So before they bring you down
Chorus
Girl that brings you down, down, down [x4]
And you give until there's nothing to give
Until there's nothing to give until there's nothing to give...
Before they break you down
Chorus
Before they bring you down
Cos girl they'll bring you down, down, down

p.s. Post not intended for anyone specifically. If shoe fits, too bad. No refunds in terms of apologies, only sarcasm.

The Pohh-lice....

I know I haven't been updating my blog and, no, that's not a reason to ask me to do a tag. Haven't really been in a blogging mood of late but now there's something worthy to blog about.

Police cars.

These are the cars we fear to bump into the most when we're cruising at 120km/h.....within city limits. Some people panic when the police behind flashes them to the side...but only to ask about minor things. Some choose to set highway chases but so far, no one's got the guts just yet.

The thing is, police car designs are actually very nice (even for the Royal Malaysian Police) and people tend to look out for them. There's only one thing I like to complain about....performance.

I mean, come on. Think about it for a second. The only people who can afford to speed VERY FAST are people with expensive performance cars such as Mercs, BMWs, tuned cars, etc. Are our Malaysian police gonna chase them down with their 2.0 V6 Perdana or their even-more-pathetic 1.6 Waja with "Cam-Tak-Pro"? Either the chasers are wasting their time and petrol chasing the offenders or the chasee wasting their time toying around with the police.

Someone driving a Lambo or a Ferrari can easily disappear from plain sight within 10-15 seconds. So, how do they expect people to be afraid of being caught from a chase when more and more people are figuring out that speed can definitely beat our Malaysian police cars.

Here are some police cars used or are yet to be used by police around the world:-

The Italians have their Gallardo prowling at 309km/h along the Salerno-Reggio Calabria highway. The world's fastest police car actively in use...currently.

Next we have the reported to be released Brabus Rocket V12 CLS for the German police. This monster prowls its victims on the Autobahn at speeds up to 362km/h with its 720bhp engine.

In London, they also have the Murcielago LP640 prowling their streets for speeding offenders.

In Germany, they also have their Porsche 911 Carrera S in their collection.

Even the Japanese have AT LEAST a Nissan Skyline GT-R34 as a speed-chaser.

Not to mention that the US uses Corvettes, Mustangs and Hummers as their police cars. Oh yes. It's not just in NFS Carbon.

Running from these cars are practically pointless. Therefore, compared to all the other police cars in the world, we look like a bunch of cheapskates in a country of existing rich people with adrenaline rushes.

I understand all the whole pride about having our national cars as the police cars but, please, have a plan B or produce higher capacity vehicles. People WILL buy fast cars and speed like crazy even if Proton doesn't produce such cars. Where there's money, there's a way. Even the Brits use Italian Lamborghinis.

Can it get any more extreme?

On another police car news.....

London, England — "Getaway drivers and outside lane lovers beware!" reads the press release, "The Met Police has teamed up with Brit supercar manufacturer, Caparo, to conceive a brand new Rapid Response Vehicle (RRV) for the future."

The Caparo T1 RRV would have to be the quickest police car the world has ever seen. If you see this Formula 1 inspired carbon car in your rear view mirror don't bother trying to outrun it because not even a highly modified
twin supercharged Ferrari F430 could outpace this thing - it's really quite mad.

It'll scramble from zero to 100km/h in less than 3.0 seconds flat, and will hammer from zero to 160km/h (0-100mph) in 5.0 seconds, which is fast enough to remind you what you had for breakfast.

The Caparo T1 RRV police pursuit car is powered by a 429kW (575hp) 3.5-litre V8 engine that revs to engine speeds that make the new BMW M3 look tired and breathless.

"Capable of accelerating from a Police lay-by to 100mph in just 5 seconds and onto a top speed of 200mph, the Caparo T1 RRV would be deployed to hunt down car criminals within the M25," reads the press release. The M25 is the large stretch of highway that circles London city, home to more than a few speeders.

"Like everything else in the Met Police's armoury, this bespoke RRV is intended as a deterrent. Just check your mirrors next time you fancy breaking the speed limit!"

5....days.......

Highlights of the 5 glorious days of holiday.

WEDNESDAY
First day of Hari Raya holidays spent going out with SY for shopping, movies, etc. Feels just like any other weekends. Watched the movie Pathology which was Pathetic. Sure I love the gross parts but it's just another movie with all sorts of wild sex and killing wth. Practically pointless. And it's not even done in much details plus all the cuts made by our super conventional, close-minded and old-fashioned board of censors made the movie even worse. Not recommended to watch, even for medical students. Don't waste your time.

THURSDAY
Practically almost the same with Wednesday except for the movie part. Spent most of the night back at my house rather than at malls. Watched movie on my laptop instead.

FRIDAY
Went out for chicken rice and then went back to my place with SY. Spent most of the day there and only went out in the evening. Followed her for a little shopping again and then we watched Eagle Eye in Pyramid. The movie was cool. Wayyyy much better than Pathetic-ology. Wouldn't want to spoil the show for those who have not watched it. Go check it out. It's really good. Highly recommended. Now it makes me wonder if OUR government can spy on us through our mobile phones or internet connection.
Fat chance.

SATURDAY

Was considered quite a big day today. Whole family went over to Cheras to a studio to get my graduation photos taken. Had one taken of just myself and a big one with my family. But I feel the rates were, honestly, like shit. The package given wasn't much but the price was a bomb. Shit, lady, I ain't asking you to use a gold photo paper to wash my photos and include a titanium frame for it. Why the hell is it so freaking expensive?

If it wasn't for the fact that they supply the robes and coloured 'hoodie' for The One, I would've gladly gone to another photo studio.

Gone to One Utama with SY to walk around and have dinner.

SUNDAY

Finally, the day The One students have been waiting for to put on our best shirts, blazers, pants and dress, and the day our parents have been waiting to finally stop funding our art equipments and tuition fees - our convocation. The Grand Ballroom in Sheraton Subang looks quite good. After collecting our robes and mortarboards, everyone started having their pictures taken with friends and family.

Started joking around with Phoebe and Suraya while we were lining up to go into the ballroom. All the while walking up the stage to receive my scroll, the only thing that crossed everyone's mind is not to trip on the stairs and fall. What a scene that would be. Congrats to Chrystal 'Kissital' Giam Yee Feng for making it into TOA's Dean's List of Honours. You really were great. So great that some of the tutors in the Graphic Design Department made her a banner which reads "Ur the GODDEST of Ad!" Such an honour.

During the group photo session (which is in front of everyone in the ballroom wth), we had a shot which we could gladly fling our mortarboards up. Such a fun moment.

Food that night didn't really suck but it was quite inadequate. Plus, we get awkward trying not to show our ugly side while eating in front of someone else's parents whom we don't know. Should've thought of arranging the seatings. James' band played some rock music while we were dining. One song called for all the graduates to go up in front of the stage. Stage-shy Batch 58 didn't go up. The ones that did go up were all Batch 55 people. Was really great. We all went up the stage and rocked together with the band. We made another history by being the first batch to rock the ballroom during a formal graduation dinner (the other history was made when we decided to do some creative works instead of just showing our portfolios during our Graduation Exhibition).

After dinner, we proceeded with more photography sessions and then supper over at Old Town Kopitiam in Sunway. We had our usual Shidio gathering, filled with laughter and joy. Were supposed to go Coco Banana but we changed our minds because most of us were craving for food rather than drinks. And some still have to work on today (sigh). After supper, sent JT and Shawn back to Sheraton where some of the Shidios will be spending the night (I would too if I didn't have to work today). That was the end of a fun day to mark a joyful ceremony.

Pictures from the convocation will uploaded later but most of them will go into my Facebook profile. Have to get it from various amount of people (SY, James, Eve, Ken, May, TOA, etc)
